There are a few important details for you to know regarding your services:
- Your Schedule: our crews are scheduled to arrive on a consistent maintenance schedule. We send a reminder email or text the day before your service so you know to expect us. The two most common things that affect scheduling are weather and holidays and we will contact you in advance with any changes. We will send you a notification of your first visit schedule date within the next two business days.
- Your Invoices: maintenance invoices are emailed at the beginning of every month of service with payment due by the 15th. For your convenience, we offer an auto-payment option for your monthly maintenance invoice. To set that up, just complete this short form and a member of our team will reach out to confirm your account information.
- Customer Portal: we also encourage you to use our customer portal. This portal will allow you to view and pay open invoices, view, sign, and approve proposals, and submit any issues that arise directly to our team. If you have not yet set up your customer portal account, please let us know and we will send you the invitation link.
- Special Requests: we want to make sure we prioritize what is important to you! If you ever have specific requests for an upcoming maintenance visit or questions or concerns about your service, you can reach out to our team via phone or email or you can submit an issue within our customer portal.
