Updated July 10, 2020
Note: This is an update to remind our customers and community of the measures we’re taking to keep ourselves, families and teams, safe as we continue to navigate the impacts of COVID-19 — including new mask requirements.
We are open for business.
As required by the State of Georgia, our team continues to monitor temperatures every morning before entering our offices and warehouses. Any employee who exceeds 100.4 degrees is sent home. Production crews are wiping down truck interiors and maintenance equipment daily. We have staggered start times to reduce the number of people arriving to work at any one time and we also have crew limits inside each of our trucks. Our design and landscape sales teams are working remotely and our office team splits their time between home and office. We continue to strongly encourage customers to take advantage of virtual meeting opportunities when possible, especially for smaller enhancement projects. And when we need to meet, of course, social distancing continues to be a top priority.
Our mask policy
Design, landscape sales and office teams are required to wear a mask at all times at our offices as well as on job sites. Our production crews are not required to wear masks as they are able to maintain safe distances from each other during their work. However, crews have access to masks that are being safely stored in trucks should they need them. For your safety, and the safety of our team, we request that customers do not approach our crews directly but instead contact our office or team member that you’ve been working with when questions arise.
Please continue taking care of yourselves, your families, and those around you!
